TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please note that making your advance payment confirms your agreement to all our terms and conditions.
• A LKR 20,000 advance payment is required to confirm your booking date.
• Pencil bookings are valid for one week only.
• The remaining 90% balance must be paid one week before the event.
• Travel and accommodation charges apply for locations outside Kandy, based on distance and fuel prices at the time.
• Getting-ready coverage is provided only if dressing takes place at a hotel or salon near the venue.
• A separate table must be arranged for the photography crew.
• Crew meals (buffet) are assumed; if not available, please inform us in advance. A one-hour break will be required.
• Selected wedding and pre-shoot images may be shared on our social media at our discretion.
• A surcharge may apply due to unexpected inflation, strictly based on cost increases.
